New York-inspired restaurant Zelkova, located at The Strings Omotesando, offers a menu of international cuisines taking you from lunch (or brunch on weekends) to dinner. It has three large dining areas which can seat up to 200 people, one of which is an outdoor terrace surrounded by greenery and facing the bustling Omotesando main street.
The lunch courses (from ¥2,500) change seasonally, but it’ll always have salads, pastas, fish as well as meat options. If you’re here in the afternoon, consider the decadent line-up of desserts. There’s the anmitsu, matcha tiramisu and tea set (¥2,600), rose hip and lychee parfait (¥1,900), and pudding a la mode pancake (¥2,100) heaping with fruit, among others. Otherwise, settle down for a simple dessert set (¥2,100) of tiramisu, tart, cake or ice cream, and your choice of coffee or tea, and enjoy a spot of people watching.
