Having morphed into a miniature beer garden for summer, the garden terrace at Aoyama's charming Kihachi now turns up the class with this bubbly-focused bash, on from August 29. Book well in advance for a seat and the chance to sample a five-part appetiser menu featuring marine delicacies like sea urchin and prawns, along with free-flowing G. H. Mumm champagne, beer, wine and cocktails. You'll have to fork out ¥6,800 for the pleasure, but trust us – it's well worth it. Alternatively, you can pay ¥1,000 more to add a main course and dessert.
