The flagship Chandon Brut variety's summer edition will be available at a special bargain throughout the summer at Tokyo Midtown's Ba-tsu restaurant, which sets up a sailing-themed terrace for the occasion. It might not pass for boozing on an actual boat, but at least you won't be getting seasick.
