With the social media-fuelled cheese dakgalbi craze showing no signs of slowing down and the likes of Cheese Kitchen Racler and Cheese Craft Works opening up new locations around Tokyo, there's no doubting that fromage-focused eateries are having a moment right now. The latest entrant is this conveniently located Ebisu shop, where you can feast on cheesy favourites including raclette, risotto and fondue, in addition to unique offerings such as the 'melting burrata', a decadent pocket of mozzarella with stracciatella and cream inside. Carnivores will want to try the lean steaks, served here with ample quantities of cheese on top.
