CHEESE! That was pretty much our first reaction to this new raclette dining option inside Shibuya Hikarie. It's a more fancy affair than casually scraping off a massive slab of gooey goodness in an alpine village, but we expect it to taste just as good. For dinner, they offer a rather original cheese soft serve, handmade with a variety of fromages. Perfect for those who go all giddy over cheese, horrible for lactose intolerants.
