Cheese, cheese, and more cheese is what's on the menu: stay away from this new Shibuya restaurant place if even remotely lactose-intolerant. Opened in early February 2018, the menu includes raclette cheese heated and scraped off at your table, and parmigiano risotto with touches of black pepper and black truffle oil drizzled over just before you tuck in. For lunch, you can even have cheese fondue – massive kudos to you if you manage to survive the subsequent post-lunch food coma.
