Chilled Tan-Tan Noodles at Chinaroom Grand Hyatt Tokyo

Nothing says summer like a refreshing bowl of cold noodles. Chinaroom at Grand Hyatt Tokyo is serving up a refined take on hiyashi chuka, and there are two versions of the chilled spicy tan-tan noodles to choose from. There's one featuring white sesame base and another with black sesame, but the noodles for both are the same springy, al dente goodness made with chili pepper, thus giving them a brilliant orange colour. These cold noodle dishes are then topped with Chinaroom's deliciously moreish XO sauce, minced pork, cucumber and chopped nuts.
