You'll now find Osaka's famed ramen shop Chuka Soba Horikawa in Tokyo's hip neighbourhood of Jiyugaoka. The shop is known for its flavour-packed noodle soups made exclusively from iriko (dried small sardines) and water. The menu is simple, featuring the classic iriko soba, a soy sauce soba combining the flavours of fish and chicken (¥920 each), as well as a couple of special menu options that are only available on certain days of the week.
