Time Out says

After partying it up on New Year's Eve, unwind and treat that special someone to traditional afternoon tea accompanied by a classical piano quartet at the Shangri-La's 27th-floor Ballroom. Decorated to resemble a baronial mansion, with resplendent chandeliers and matching artworks on the walls, the venue also offers gorgeous views of the city far below. As for the edibles, you can look forward to mouth-watering scones, croque monsieurs with ham and cheese, fresh cream tartelettes with black tea, and mango-passion fruit éclairs, while the all-you-can-drink deal provides access to 20 varieties of tea. To top it all off, your meal ends with a 'Three Kings Cake' (Galette des Rois), a traditional French dessert eaten with family and friends over the New Year. Three lucky customers will discover a figurine in their slice, making them 'king for the day' and entitling them to fab prizes, from spa treatments to dinner for two at the hotel restaurant, Piacere.
