Time Out says

This American chain of pretzel stores had its start in Pennsylvania in 1988, but now has over 1,000 branches in 22 different countries. This first Japan location opened in 2010 in a space directly connected to JR Ikebukuro Station. As well as the Original plain pretzel, Auntie Anne’s offers a range of flavours, including Cinnamon Sugar, Almond and Sesame. Unlike the small, hard, snack-type of pretzel, the ones served here have a soft, fluffy texture that's sure to get you hooked. You can also buy dips for the pretzels, like caramel or cream cheese, and their lemonade is an excellent accompaniment for any flavour.
