An artsy, well-dressed crowd props up the counters and spills out on to the street at this chic, contemporary bar. They come to drink - wine as much as sake - but also because the food menu is so vast. Raw oysters, sashimi, terrines, pappardelle, steaks and more: this is the opposite of slumming it. The location could be more convenient, though.
