Time Out says

Narukami tea café is located just behind Ginza's famed Kabuki-za theatre, and many of its customers stop by after enjoying a Kabuki performance. The name ‘Narukami’ is in fact of one of the acts of the traditional Kabuki drama and so is quite familiar to fans of the art. Eighteen varieties of Japanese tea can be enjoyed in the modern Japanese interior, including sencha, gyokuro, matcha and hojicha. The motoyama-cha, loved by the Tokugawa clan, has a cheering fragrance and goes perfectly with sweets. After enjoying yonbancha (tea leaves picked in October), you can pour ponzu sauce on the leaves and eat them. There are also light refreshments available, such as the chakin-zushi made by Hachiku, a takeaway known for its osaka-zushi and battera.
