The atmosphere is very California at this Tower Records-run bar and grill in Ebisu. Hang out at the relaxed downstairs bar or check out the second-floor dining area, complete with an open kitchen – the menu's the same on both floors, and features classics like buffalo chicken (from ¥680) as well as a sizeable selection of fusion dishes, California wine, beer, and cocktails. As can be expected, the music selection is also far better than at most similar establishments in the city.
