This café has been around since 1971 and has successfully maintained its cozy Showa-era interior. The handwritten menu lists over 40 different kinds of coffee and several food items including the very reasonably priced Nori Toast (¥140), which is dried seaweed sandwiched between buttered toast – the ultimate East-meets-West treat.
