Time Out says

Craft Tea Ginza offers seven types of single origin Japanese tea, including green teas like Shimada Yabukita Hoji, Chiran Asanoka and Makinohara Okumidori, along with black teas, too. It’s all sourced from different farms around Japan by tea master Mikihiro Ishikawa. The tea is steeped in carbonated water for 24 hours to bring out its full flavour, and your cuppa comes with a fresh new tea bag when it’s served, so you can smell the aroma while you sip.

You can have it hot, cold, or even as a cocktail. There are 50 different tea cocktails available here using shochu, brandy, bourbon, rum, cassis liqueur, gin, and amaretto, including a special one made with Makinohara Okumidori green tea and whisky. If you find yourself coming here often, the café offers a ¥550 per month subscription deal that allows you to purchase each tea cocktail for only ¥220, which is more than half off the usual price.

For something to eat, there's the karaage menu with a whopping 50 different options. You can choose which cuts of meat you want (think thigh, breast, skin and more) then pick your sauce – there’s garlic soy, wasabi, sweet and spicy, yurinchi (sweet and sour soy sauce), yuzu kosho, tartar and tosa vinegar. We recommend the special chicken wing gyoza dumplings that come with broth and tosa vinegar.
