Formerly known as Beacon, the latest venture by Shinpei Terada and David Chiddo's Tysons & Company serves 'traditional American cuisine' – think beefy US sirloin and filet mignon steaks, New Orleans-style barbecue shrimp, grain-fed lamb chops and grilled swordfish, all served in appropriately ample portions. The look at Crista is sleek and understated, the cellar is stocked with both New and Old World wines and the adjoining bar (open until 12.30am six days a week) pours killer cocktails, not to mention TY Harbor craft beer. Just the place for celebrating or entertaining.
