Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros 10th Anniversary

Hyatt Regency’s acclaimed French restaurant Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros marks its 10th anniversary on September 15 and in celebration of this milestone, it is offering exclusive lunch and dinner courses from Sep 15 to 17. For three days only, executive chef Guillaume Bracaval and pastry chef Michele Abbatemarco will be joined by their predecessors, Lionel Beccat and Yuichi Goto. Michelin award-winning French chef Michel Troisgros will also be making appearances at his eponymous restaurant. The lunch and dinner menus both comprise 11 courses and will set you back ¥33,264. Two additional lunch courses are also on offer, with eight dishes for ¥24,948 and five for ¥16,632.
