Time Out says

A ten-minute walk from the south exit of Kunitachi Station will lead you to this unique café. Named after the shape of the plot it stands on (daikei means trapezoid in Japanese), it doesn't look like the most welcoming place out there, but do gather your courage and open the door: what awaits is wonderful. The insides are like a museum with antiques everywhere, including masks on the wall and small bronze statues on the shelves. As for the edibles, we like the bitter melon and ham salad, while the more substantial quiche lorraine comes with steaming slices of soft pumpkin. What's more, all the furniture and décor is on sale, so you just might end up walking out with an antique table or chair in tow.
