Just a brief walk away from Sasazuka Station, this café opened in mid-2016 along the Koshu-kaido highway. The interior is almost Scandinavian, with lots of white and wood, lending it a stylish and calm atmosphere. On the weekends, Dear All lives up to its name, with locals from all walks of life making the trek to have a cuppa together with new drop-ins. Their coffee comes from a Ryogoku-based roastery that uses beans from Australian supplier Single O and can be ordered in both drip and latte form. If you're looking for a very Instagrammable bite to eat, try the hot sandwich with corned beef and marmalade (¥750) – it's both visually and culinarily pleasing, despite the seemingly bizarre combination. And if you're more of a sweet tooth, consider going for some toast and cakes from the nearby Opan Bakery.
