Delhi Ueno

Holding down the fort in Ueno since 1956, this small curry shop has become something of a local legend. The butter chicken (¥1,050) is a long-standing favourite, while the soup-like Kashmir curry (¥950) can only be recommended for true masters of spice – it's hot enough to make you cry.
