Just a quick walk from Akabanebashi Station, Delizie keeps things real with traditional Italian specialities. Many regulars come back particularly for the homemade chitarra pasta, served with a truffle-flavoured duxelle sauce and topped with a poached egg and mushrooms – a dish carefully adjusted for the Japanese palate, we hear. The chic tables are left without tablecloths, adding to the casual but refined atmosphere that can also be savoured from the dimly lit counter seats.
