The Elle café's flagship store opened in November near Omotesando with a menu chock-full of healthy(ish) things such as freshly baked organic loaves and gluten-free sweets. With 88 seats spread out over the venue, the first floor is occupied by a takeout bakery-come-deli and a café with an open-air terrace, while the second floor hosts a restaurant serving full-on lunches and dinners. The prix fixe options were created by executive guest chef Melissa King and nod to the ingredients she encountered when visiting Japan. There's also a selection of natural wine from several countries across the globe.
