The party people of Kabukicho are surely squealing with joy at the June opening of this steak and churrasco joint, sitting pretty along the Brick Street arcade at Seibu-Shinjuku Station. Estaji keeps the lights on until 5am every day, serving up satisfyingly juicy meat alongside a meager selection of both craft and industrial beer. It might not be very gourmet, but if you're craving at T-bone steak at 3am in Shinjuku, there's no better place to be.
