Time Out says

Ramen or pasta tonight? If you can't make up your mind, this new restaurant in Minami Aoyama may have a solution. Two renowned chefs from Chinese restaurant Saika in Kyoto and French restaurant Comptoirfeu in Osaka, have come together to open Feumen, a restaurant that offers a new type of noodles that are not quite ramen, not quite pasta.

Feumen’s noodles are medium-thick, yellow in colour, and made with a blend of wheat flour from Hokkaido and Kyushu. They’re served with the restaurant’s special spicy shrimp sauce and seasoned with a mix of spices (¥1,320). You can add two toppings for free, including avocado, coconut milk, fried onion, grated cheese, natto, chicken, pork and roast beef. For a real feast, you can always add more toppings for an extra charge.

The interior is a fusion of nature and art, with plants and a tree-like central counter created by world-famous landscape designer Seijun Nishihata, and several pieces by Nana Soeda, an up-and-coming young painter. The outdoor terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your noodles on a sunny day.

Be aware that the restaurant is cashless and the order process is all online. Just scan the QR code at the entrance and register your payment card on the website to see the menu. Then, you can simply tap to make an order and to pay for your meal.
