This Japanese restaurant in Ginza offers seasonal multicourse meals that change every month, featuring miso and other fermented ingredients. You’ll get about a dozen dishes including a few starters, a main, rice, miso soup and dessert for ¥10,000 to ¥15,000 per person. 

The September course meal features unique dishes like cold chawanmushi (savoury egg custard) with white miso and cream cheese, sukiyaki-style wagyu roast beef from Kagoshima prefecture, grilled eggplant and fish with fermented miso broth, red miso ice cream and more.
