Time Out says

Cantonese restaurant Ginza Houen just up the street operates this new eatery that focuses on a slightly fancied-up version of the kind of seafood-heavy street stall grub you'd find across much of southern China and Southeast Asia. Open your wallet a little more and options like lobster in chilli sauce, suppon turtle soup, lamb spare ribs and deer steak become available. Things get even more eclectic on the drink menu, where vintage Chinese liquors and fine mainland tea are listed alongside fruity cocktails served in Mason jars. At ¥1,300, the lunch buffet looks like a deal worth considering.
