Gaienmae's World Breakfast Allday serves a rotating selection of traditional morning grub from countries all over the world. The cuisine of choice for March and April is Bulgarian, which means that the main dish is banitsa, an egg-based, cheese-filled pastry served here with ayran, a savoury yogurt-based drink. The Bulgarian breakfast plate (¥1,400) also comes with an ample serving of salads and other sides, while the rest of the menu includes dessert choices like baklava and local herb tea. In addition, the restaurant holds cooking classes for those of you looking to recreate some of these dishes at home.
