Over 90 percent of all ingredients used here are fresh including the veggies and meat, which happen to be certified by the GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) standing for a worldwide standard that guarantees the safety and sustainability of food.
At Gran-Eat Ginza you can also sample a range of healthy meals that were served to the athletes during the 2012 London Olympic Games such as a casserole made with pork and apples. At this new eatery diners are also encouraged to interact with the on-site chefs. Try requesting a certain dish which is not available in the buffet lineup and they will make it for you on the spot.
