Time Out says

A familiar spot for many Akihabara regulars, the faux-French Grand Breton Cafe is found in the Yodobashi Camera building's restaurant area and is always reliable for lunch or a mid-afternoon dessert break. The place received a complete facelift in late spring of 2016, adding a fun tapas selection and a menu of fluffy souffle pancakes. The latter can be sampled either simply with honey and whipped cream or topped with berries, coconut and mango or caramelised apples for a more substantial sweet fix. The tapas, meanwhile, feature choices like potato salad with anchovies, basic charcuterie and pâté de campagne, making for tasty but almost too refined booze companions to nibble on after a trip through Electric Town.
