Aman’s slightly more casual restaurant is halloweenifying its afternoon tea with a mont blanc theme. All the tasty treats are created by executive pastry chef Yoshihisa Miyagawa and the three-tiered stand is filled with adorable petit fours. The bottom tier features a number of savoury items including a lobster tart, a brandade (cod and potato) tart, and a savoury spaghetti squash mont blanc. Meanwhile, the top two tiers are stocked with sweet pumpkin, chestnut, berry and matcha mont blancs. On the side, you’ll receive a box filled with homemade caramels to take home.
