Time Out says

Coffee equipment specialist Hario has several cafés in Tokyo but this one in Roppongi overlooks the lush garden at Sen-oku Hakuko Kan Museum. The brand has been making all sorts of brewing equipment including coffee drippers, grinders, glassware and more since 1921, and here you can try coffee and tea made with its latest inventions.

A standard drip coffee is ¥800, made with the fail-proof immersion Switch dripper. If you're a coffee snob, it might be worth splurging on a cup of ‘world champion recipe’ coffee which costs ¥2,000. For a more entertaining experience, the syphon method is the way to go. You can watch your coffee going up and down the pipe and into a glass bulb – Hario says it produces a more fragrant cup than the drip method.

There’s a small selection of food on the menu, too, including sandwiches like a ham and cheese melt (¥1,300) and basil chicken (¥1,300). If you want to pair your coffee with a sweet treat, go for the cheesecake set (¥1,500) or a fruit sandwich set (¥1,700; only available on weekends). Grab a seat by the windows, relax and enjoy the greenery.

You can also purchase most of the Hario products used at the café, as well as jewellery like earrings and necklaces made from heatproof Hario glass.
