Time Out says

Cherry blossoms, wisterias, hydrangeas – chasing the perfect bloom of these flowers can be a hassle, especially if you’re planning a trip well in advance. Spare yourself the worries by booking an indoor flower-viewing over afternoon tea – and we’re talking some seriously OTT, Instagram-worthy floral decorations. Just like its original Nakameguro location, Haute Couture Cafe Omotesando is extremely difficult to book, given the remarkable popularity of both cafés among locals and tourists alike.

Expect no slouch when it comes to the food offered – the café specialises in filling afternoon tea sets that strike the balance between sweet and savoury. Patissiers with prior experience in hotels helm the on-site kitchen, and the dishes are colour-coordinated with the flowers on display. Currently, the vibrant purple, pink and white wisteria blossoms that drape down from the ceiling are matched with purple parfaits, pannacottas and purple Noritake tableware.

Reservations are essential when planning your visit. Reserve through Tabelog for the afternoon tea menu (¥6,800 per person), with a minimum of two guests required.
