Re-opened after a three-month renovation, the Ritz-Carlton's Japanese restaurant now welcomes customers with a brand-new design. Divided into four sections, one each for kaiseki, sushi, tempura and teppanyaki, the restaurant boasts splendid views of Tokyo from the 45th floor, with the kaiseki and sushi sections facing the floor-to-ceiling windows directly. The sleek black-and-white interior is decorated with details like Japanese paper, ink, tiles, bamboo and traditional furniture, making for a combination of the old and the new. Private rooms can be booked, and there's even a Japanese tea room inside the restaurant.
