Enjoy matcha, melon and chocolate sweets galore at Hotel New Otani’s seasonal sweets buffet. The confectionery is crafted by esteemed patisserie Pierre Herme Paris and the lineup features a new Edo Matcha Shortcake made with vibrant matcha powder from Uji in Kyoto.
Melon sweets include a melon panna cotta and a refreshing melon jelly, while there are also chocolate treats like a luxurious Super Chocolate Shortcake and soy milk chocolate ice cream. Savoury bites will also be available at the buffet including roast beef sandwiches, a Tokyo-style hot dog and a veggie-friendly soy meat burger.
