This sweets shop at Roppongi Hills specialises in gluten-free cheesecake terrine. With locations already in Gifu and Yokohama, this is the shop’s third outlet, and offers a lineup of its popular cheesecakes in special boxes that you'll only find at this Tokyo venue.
All the terrines here are made with milk sourced from Hokkaido and are completely free of gluten and preservatives. Choose from the original cheese terrine (¥800 per slice, ¥3,800 for six slices) made with cream cheese, sour cream, fresh cream, butter and organic vanilla beans, or opt for one of the more distinctive flavours like the zunda (sweet green soybean paste; ¥4,800 for six slices) flavour, which incorporates quality edamame beans from Gifu prefecture.
Currently, there’s also a spiced peach (¥4,800 for six slices) flavour for summer, which features fresh summer peaches and cinnamon.
