Time Out says

Quiet Sakura-Shinmachi, best known as the home of 'Sazae-san' creator Michiko Hasegawa, is an unlikely base for chef Takamichi Kikuchi's Bib Gourmand-carrying, stylish French eatery. Working his magic with produce from Shinshu and fresh seafood delivered directly from ports across Japan, Kikuchi is of course proficient in the traditional techniques but also exhibits an adventurous streak – try the daily à la carte specials or go for any of the three prix fixe dinners (from ¥4,000) for a taste of his creations. Lunch can be had for as little as ¥2,200, which borders on a steal. If only there was another good reason to alight at Sakura-Shinmachi, we'd be going to Infusion every week.
