Having earned a Michelin star for its take on Kitauchi beef, a premium brand of meat flown in straight from Okinawa's Ishigaki Island, Yoshida is found right by Azabu-Juban Station and has earned a loyal following of moneyed gourmands with the plainly named but utterly delectable Ultimate Crispy Steak. Cooked for over three hours to really bring out the best in the meat, these slabs are packed with both umami and minerals, making for heavy-set both actually rather healthy fare. If you're a serious carnivore willing to splurge – perhaps to entertain friends visiting from abroad – this one just might fit the bill.
