Time Out says

Drawing its name from Iwaka Mutsukari no Mikoto, the jolly god of brewing and Japanese food, this snappy shabu-shabu spot opened along Meiji-dori between Hiroo and Ebisu in October 2014 and promises to offer only certifiably 'safe' delicacies. What that means in practice remains to be seen, but we're betting that ingredients from the Fukushima area and from our great western neighbour are squarely off the table. The offerings instead include Ebara 'herb pork' from Gunma and Kyushu's Koshokei chicken, both raised on 100% natural fare, in addition to organic veg and fresh seafood sourced directly from fishermen. The shabu-shabu sets start from ¥2,400, so this one might be worth checking out even if you're not hysterical about food safety.
