Head to this new space on the first floor of Hotel Felice Akasaka for heavenly kakigori cocktail creations. Dig into creative combinations like ‘Mango and Rum’, a mango-flavoured kakigori pimped with the slightly sweet note of Captain Morgan’s Dark Rum which is added into the whipped cream, or the ‘Irish Dream’, where milk kakigori meets chocolate sauce infused with Frangelico, a type of hazelnut liqueur. What makes it even better, all the sauces are made in-house using fresh fruit pulp and milk.
