Artisan chocolatier Jean-Paul Hévin has had a presence in Tokyo for almost a decade now, but that's not to say the Parisian sweets wizard is resting on his laurels: in December 2015, he set up the first Japan outpost of his new Chocolate Bar shop inside Marunouchi's Isetan Salone. Perfect for busy city-dwellers, the standing section invites you to sip extra-thick hot chocolate in between shopping runs or meetings, while the sit-down area offers a more relaxed vibe.
