NYC's Jean-Georges is known as one of the most exclusive joints in the Big Apple, and chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has taken advantage of its fame in expanding his network of JG-branded restaurants all the way to Mexico and Shanghai. This Tokyo location, opened in March 2014 and found along Keyakizaka-dori at Roppongi Hills, combines familiar Jean-Georges quality with the freshest seasonal ingredients in the tasting menus, created by chef Fumio Yonezawa, while à la carte options are also available.
