Time Out says

Health-conscious café Lakan-ka, which specialises in food and sweets made with Lakanto (a naturally derived sweetener from monk fruit), is adding kakigori shaved ice to its menu for the summer. From July to the end of September, you’ll be able to try out three varieties of this quintessential summer dessert including a classic matcha, coffee and white peach.

Each kakigori has less than ten grammes of sugar as monk fruit contains zero calories, which makes these desserts slightly guilt-free. The matcha option features a bittersweet matcha from Fukuoka and is served with agar jelly balls, mascarpone cream and a monk fruit syrup. The white peach shaved ice is refreshing thanks to the seasonal fruit combined with mascarpone cream and fruity jellies. Then there’s the coffee flavour, which is made with rich espresso, coffee jelly and homemade condensed milk.
