Fine-dining restaurant Kasa inside the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi Hotel is serving a six-course western dinner course with a Japanese twist. Start off with a housemade cracker topped with spicy strawberry jam, feta cheese, quail egg and caviar, and dig into the Tasmanian salmon drizzled with a wasabi buttermilk sauce. You’ll also get a plate of luxurious lobster bisque, borscht-style red seabream and a classic beef wellington with celery puree and black truffle shavings. The meal comes with an adorable snowman-shaped white chocolate mousse with speculoos crumbles on the side. If you make reservations in advance for the wine pairing, you’ll receive a free Ronnefeldt mulled wine tea as a gift.
