Time Out says

One of the many interesting-looking eateries opened inside Harajuku's new and shiny Cascade complex, the latest outpost of upscale yakinku chain Kintan is housed in the building's basement and aims to be a casual joint for 'discerning adults'. From middle-of-the-road fare to rarities like raw wagyu sirloin yukhoe, beef tongue aged for 30 days, and bibimbap with foie gras and truffles (!), it looks like you'll be spoiled for choice at this one. Carnivores, start your engines.
