Time Out says

Now here's a transplant we weren't expecting: Canadian-born ramen joint Kinton has made its way to Sangenjaya, complete with its foreign styles & trimmings. That includes their popular tonkotsu ramen and toripaitan (clear chicken broth) ramen, which can be had in shoyu, miso, shio, spicy garlic (tonkotsu) or spicy green chilli (toripaitan) versions. If you're not feeling noodles or need a side, go for their Chikichiki don, or the pressed aburi sushi with shrimp and basil sauce – let's call this a Canadian take on Japanese food. Drinks-wise, choose from beers, soft drinks, cocktails, shochu or nihonshu.
