Time Out says

Perhaps looking to shake Nozy Coffee's iron grip on the souls of caffeine addicts around Setagaya Park, Kolm opened in May 2016 about a 15-minute stroll south of Sangenjaya Station. Serving up light roasts made with beans supplied by Oslo coffee champion Fuglen, these folks are clearly going for a minimalist, Scandinavian-style mood and are proficient in both hand drip and espresso varieties – in summer, try the Iced Americano, hand-mixed with a shaker and bubbling with refreshing foam on top. The snack selection is simple but sweet, with house-made muffins and pound cakes among the highlights.
