Kookaï

There’s plenty of good ramen in Ebisu, but this branch of the reliable Kookai chain is hip, clean and foreigner-friendly – albeit a hefty walk from any station. As a change from the usual soup-style noodles, try the tsukemen, served on a tray with various garnishes and a hot dipping broth on the side.
