After operating as a weekend-only kakigori (shaved ice) specialty shop in Nishi-Ogikubo, this popular dessert café has moved to their new home in Ikejiri-Ohashi continuing to create their icy treats as summer draws near. Their fluffy shaved ice has a texture that melts immediately in your mouth and is topped with a variety of delicious homemade sauces, espuma foam and cream. The standard menu offers up shaved ice creations covered in kiwi and green apple sauce, refreshing pink grapefruit, plus regular changing specials like the Awayuki mille-feuille or their strawberry milk espuma. Get their early if you want to try them out as they tend to sell out pretty fast.
