Recently opened right in front of Mitaka's Ghibli Museum, this café allows you to sip on a latte while hanging out with parakeets, finches and other fun birds, around 25 in total. The same owners also operate a location at Omotesando, but both the species of birds and the menu (light meals, coffee and even some alcohol) are different here.
