Time Out says
If you're from Osaka, you'll be familiar with kushikatsu, a common home-cooked meal. This chain eatery, first opened in 2008 and operating branches all over the country, includes these deep-fried skewers among other traditional dishes from Osaka, such as takoyaki or the Kansai take on udon. There are also a few set courses on offer, complete with all-you-can-drink deals.
